The Oscar-nominated actress (58) is showing off the results of her hours at the gym in a bikini picture posted on Instagram and she’s currently breaking the internet as we collectively research her diet and fitness regimen.
She’s always been one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, but Stone recently said she no long wants to “look like a girl because I’m not a girl anymore” and instead is embracing her changing body as she gets older.
“I’m very happy about being a grown woman. I think there’s a lot of sexuality, and glamour, and allure, and mystery to being a woman that you just don’t have when you’re young,” she told Shape in 2014 – when she covered the magazine in a black leotard.
“Every time I exercise, I do something different based on which areas need to get in motion,” she explained of her gym routine.
“Sometimes I do a series of standing leg lifts and circles in the tub, using the water as resistance.”
The Basic Instinct star also credits pilates, weights and dance classes for keeping her trim and toned.
“I used to just do Pilates. I had pilates in my house but I have found that since I’ve hit 50, that I’ve felt that I’ve needed more muscle tone and I started using more weights. So I joined a gym and I do weights. … I really like it,” she told People.
